What For The Famly is
For The Famly is a private coordination space for families and the people who care for them. It is not a social network, not a public platform, and not a productivity tool. It is a place for the people who love your kid to make and keep real agreements together.
Private beta
The service is currently in private beta. It is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are actively building and things will change. We will communicate significant changes in advance wherever possible.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
For The Famly is for genuine family coordination. You may not use it to harass, threaten, or harm others. You may not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. You may not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Your content
You own the agreements, commitments, and content you create in For The Famly. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to the members of your famly. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@forthefamly.org. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
