What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the app, we store the agreements, commitments, and milestones your famly creates together. We also collect basic usage data — things like when you signed in — to keep the service running.
What we do not collect
We do not run ads. We do not sell your data. We do not track you across other websites. We do not build advertising profiles. Your famly’s private agreements are not used to train machine learning models or shared with third parties.
How we store your information
Your data is stored securely and encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard practices to protect it. Access inside our team is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
Who can see your famly
Only people you explicitly invite can see your famly. There are no public profiles, no discovery features, and no way for anyone outside your famly to find or view your content.
Private beta notice
For The Famly is currently in private beta. During this period, data handling practices are evolving. We will communicate any significant changes before they take effect. By using the service during beta, you acknowledge that features and policies may change.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@forthefamly.org. We will respond within 30 days.
